We badly need: 1. Dispatchers. The duties are -    primary daily taking calls to a mobile phone (a certain schedule since… to… is possible) -    transfer of the received information to the colleague in charge of the question concerned -    if it not possible to answer the call immediately, to return to the call as soon as possible The communication is paid by the organization. A possible answers list is provided. Complicated and not clear situations are resolved collectively. 2. Co-curators to manage different age groups of animals - co-curator 1 (an assistant to of over 1 year old animals curator) - co-curator 2 (an assistant to over 1 month old kittens curator ). The duties are: - help to the principal manager of the group of the animals to adopt, viz. talks with the people willing to adopt the animal. - to daily be in touch with the principal manager of the group; if there is no chance to immediately connect the curator, to send a text message and call again ASAP. < Prev   Next >
